General terms and conditions House Rafael

- Validity of all offers : 24hrs.

- Your credit card data is required to confirm your booking. For your safety do not communicate them by telephone.  Only a fax or email(s) are excepted.  The information that we need is kind of card (VISA, MC or AMEX), name of the card holder, number of the card, expiry date and safety code, last 3 digits on the back of the card.  Your credit card is our garantee for the booking and for damages to the room or the shared spaces.  Dammage issues will always treated openly.  No dammage will be charged to your card without a preceding and clear communication.

- Payment is handled at check-in or at the moment we send you the access information if you choose for 'Expresss Check-In', in cash or credit card (Visa, Amex or MC).  If you want to pay cash for your stay, please inform us at least 3 days before arrival.

- The cancelation fee is 25% of the booking value if you cancel more than one week in advance. If you cancel later, the cancelation fee is 100% of the booking value.  If you make a reservation using the filled out form  on this website, you can cancel this reservation at no cost within 24 hrs after recieving our confirmation.

- We work hard to be able to offer our rooms at the lowest prices!  For this reason we choose for a telephone reception.  You can each us  24/7 on number +32-489--424172. For the wellbeing of our people, between 22h and 8h, please only call us for urgent matters.

- We are happy to offer you our 'Express Check In'.   A few days before arrival, we send you the access information to the hotel and to your room.  The key is situated on the inside of the roomdoor.  This is an excellent system to get easy and flexible access to your room, no matter when you arrive in Leuven.  A Check-In before 15h has to be approved by us.

- You are allways responsible for your own luggage and other goods you bring with you. House Rafael can never be held responsible for any dammage or theft of your belongings, even from your room when it was locked.  For your convenience we have provided an individual safe in the room.

- Smoking is not allowed in the house, the rooms, stairs, fire escape or breakfast area.  When this rule is violated a dammage fee of 50 euro per incident will be charged.  Also th euse of candles are prohibited. 

- Only the people that were registered during check-in can use the facilities of House Rafael.  Visitors should be recieved in the room only, but they cannot spend the night.
